LONG-TERM COMMUNITY CENTER PARTNERS

The following programs are housed within the Yerwood Center:
Childcare Learning Center – delivers pre-school education and day care to children under 5 years of age
New Covenant House – provides meals to over 200 low-income individuals daily
Stamford Public School’s Alternative Routes to SUCCESS (ARTS) Program - high school instruction for 30 displaced students during the school year


PROGRAM PARTNERS

100 Black Men – sponsor the summer tennis clinic
Hispanic Advisory Council of Greater Stamford – meet monthly for networking and advocacy
My Second Closet – second-hand men’s clothing shop open on Thursdays per week
Global Partnership – sponsor and tutor 25 youth in the Extended Day Program

Bartlett Museum – devises nature activities for the Extended Day Program students

Girl Scouts - provides nature activities for the Extended Day Program
Stamford Sailing Foundation – provide swimming lessons for children enrolled in Yerwood programs
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) – offer free tax preparation for income qualified individuals
