Hispanic Health Fair

Every year on the month of September, The Hispanic Advisory Council of Greater Stamford organizes the annual Health Fair at the Yerwood Center. This event is the only direct service the Advisory offer to the community. It is a large logistic effort. We serve primary the under or not insure Hispanic population from Greenwich, Stamford, Darien New Canaan and Norwalk but also people form all the ethnicities. Yerwood Center gives the space in kind and HACGS get help from the New Covenant House of Hospitality who provides the food and an army of volunteers that help putting together this huge and important event.
